The Jubilee Association is committed to serving the community. Our dedication for helping those in need has remained strong for over 25 years. With the help of hard work, thoughtful spirits and kind hearts from our volunteers, we are people helping people. We have expanded our programs and services to meet the basic health and social service needs of the low-income and homeless communities.We are committed to eliminating the barriers to maintenance, self-reliance, and improvement.
