Mission Statement

The mission of the Jubilee Association is to provide a comprehensive program of social services, based in the teachings and values of it founders’ Judeo-Christian heritage, addressing the needs of the homeless, disadvantaged, and marginalized people of the Pittsburgh area.  We will provide assistance to anyone in need, regardless of sex, age, race, color, religion national origin, handicap, or other characteristics.  We will work from an empowerment model, providing assistance with an eye toward challenging and motivating the individual to work on their own behalf when possible, yet not denying basic services to anyone truly wishing help.
